Upon I enter the room, it was so refreshing, clean and well organized, the host and thier housekeeper Ms. Gemma was so honest and work dedicated. I left my things during my last day and they sent it back to LBC at Surigao del Norte. Once I go back in Manila. i would like to rent again this unit. Thank you for letting me stay to your unit. 👍👍👍👍

We had such a great 2-night stay! The place was very clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was provided. The place is great! There are times lang na amoy cigarette sa bathroom and bandang door, I think baka sa neighbor but overall, the place is great and comfy mag-stay. Host is also accommodating. Will definitely book again :)

This place is perfect for a weekend getaway! Always loved staying at The Residences kasi near the mall and lots of restaurants to choose from. The unit is clean, complete with amenities, and the free coffee is a big plus! The wifi is also great lalo na nagwork-from-home kami. Thank you again for welcoming us into your home. We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The place was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained, which made us feel at home right away. The host was extremely responsive and kind, always quick to answer any questions and willing to help with anything we needed. we had a great time, it was super clean, and they have everything that you need, they even have a powerbank that you can bring while going around baguio, and i think that was really thoughtful of them, since we dont have a powerbank it was really helpful, i hope they have a unit that has 2 bedroom, nxt time we bring pur kids

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days and I can say it was super worth it! The rate is affordable and what I really loved is that there’s no parking or amenity fee, which is usually the case in Manila condos. The place is also in a great location, very near the mall, Anytime Fitness (our go-to gym), and even a food park with lots of choices. Everything was convenient and hassle-free. Overall, I really liked my stay and would definitely recommend it!

Our stay at this airbnb was THE BEST!!! Our host was very responsive, friendly, and she had Ms. Judy assist us with the check-in process which really made us feel very welcome and at home! 🥹 The place was 100/10!!! SO BEAUTIFUL, COMFY, and the bathroom and book collection was *chef's kiss* Overall super great stay, worth what we paid for, and the location is super convenient as well. We'll surely come back here when we're in QC again! 🫶🏻
