POOL ACCESS - STARTING MARCH 10th 2023 Each guest will be able to access the pool for a fee of 200 PHP per person per day. There's a limit to the number of people who can use the pool at one time. This is to minimize spread of disease in case of a pandemic. ** Pool Dates & Hours / Open for Guests - Open ONLY on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays - From 6 AM to 9 PM - BEFORE SWIMMING, registrations/Sign-ups and payments are required to be made at the reception. Payment methods available are via GCash or PayMaya - Maximum of 5 guests per use ** Pool Dates & Hours / Closed for Guests - Closed on Thursdays for cleaning & maintenance - Exclusively for ONLY Registered Tenants/Owners on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays) ** NO GYM ACCESS FOR GUESTS — The gym has recently been delcared to be accessed by Official Residents / Owners of the condo units NEARBY PARKING OPTIONS / WITHIN THE SAME BUILDING, ACCESSIBLE VIA ELEVATORS — FREE RESERVED PARKING We provide 1 free reserved parking space for all our guests for the duration of their stay. It’s conveniently located in the same building as our condo, accessible via the elevators. Vehicle registration is required before parking. — PAY-PARKING ALSO AVAILABLE If you need more than 1 parking space, there’s pay parking available on basement 1. Theres's an hourly fee which is paid directly to the administration office. Like any public pay parking, it works on a first come, first served basis. **Public Parking rate is 50 for the first 3 hours. 10 pesos every hour thereafter. Overnight parking rate is additional 250 pesos if you leave your car from 10pm to 8am. CONVENIENCE STORE & LAUNDRY SHOP / SERVICE There's a laundry shop and convenience store located on the basement 1 / B1 level of the building servicing the residents and guests. Laundry rates will be posted here soon.

This shall be scheduled at the guest's preferred time in advance. Our staff may be required to travel from a distant condo location and will need to be scheduled beforehand. For cleanings outside of schedules or upon guest's request, we charge a standard fee of 1200 PHP for a 2-hour cleaning that also includes changing of sheets and towels.
