81 Newport Boulevard is the new condo on the block. There are around 10 other residential condos, all in one complex. The building is located between Belmont and Savoy Hotels. Hotel neighbors would include Maxim's, Marriott, Belmont, Sheraton, Hilton, Savoy, Holiday Inn, Hotel Okura ++ Casinos, high-end restaurants, and shopping centers. Imagine mini Las Vegas but Manila Style! Catch the free shuttles at designated stops if you just feel like exploring the casinos, hotel lounges, mall, theaters. Access to everything is within reach. When you exit the building going to your left (Newport Boulevard St), there is a commercial strip with food outlets to choose from. Assortment of Chinese restaurants, Korean grill, Starbucks, Mcdonald's, Filipino and many more to open soon. World Class casino is inside Resorts World Manila. RW also houses the all-suite hotel (Maxim's), the Mall with high end shops, restaurants, cafes, clubs and movie theater. Guest Access

✔ FREE SWIMMING POOL ACCESS FOR 2 PAX Up to 2 guests can access the swimming pool for FREE for each day. If there would be 3 guests total swimming / using the pool all in the same day, there would just be an additional 200 PHP extra person fee to be paid for the day. * Open Daily from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. * Closed on Mondays for maintenance * Before access, registered guests would first need to coordinate with the front desk at the lobby.

Important: Current requirements from each guest by the condo admin include: ✔ A government-issued ID **If this unit is not available/booked, we can offer our other nearby studio unit in Breeze Residences, along Roxas Boulevard. Our housekeepers are scheduled to work only up until 6 PM — we have altered their work hours to be up until 9PM. However, if you would be arriving past 9PM, our housekeeper may still assist you for an additional late check in fee of 500 PHP. This would cover the cost of their meal and the taxi ride home as there is a lack of public transportation at night, resulting in a difficult commute for them. You can watch all day, all night long. ✔ FREE WIFI The internet subscription with PLDT promises a speed of up to 50 mbps. Free for our guests to use during their entire stay and TV is already connected. ✔ KITCHENETTE — You can prepare your meals using the existing appliances if you feel like staying in. You can be at home and feel at home, without the need to go out too often to market. You can go about your day full of energy from having a restful sleep. ✔ DINING TABLE FOR 4 PAX Dine in our custom made 4-seater hardwood dining table with pull out box storing the silverware. There are ready plates, cups, glasses, utensils on the kitchen shelves. No movie nights are complete without wine glasses, beer mugs and shot glasses provided for your maximum enjoyment! so don't forget to bring your favorite drink. ✔ BOARD AND CARD GAMES Board and card games are provided. There's a wide comfortable 3-seater couch that can serve as a bed for any 3rd person. An extra double-sized folding mattress is handy too. Book any additional person in advance so we can get these ready for you. • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • ✔ FREE MID-STAY CLEANING For guests staying at least 5 nights, we provide free cleaning and complimentary change of linens, sheets, and towels in the middle of your stay. This shall be scheduled at the guest's preferred time in advance. Our staff may be required to travel from a distant condo location and will need to be scheduled beforehand. For cleanings outside of schedules or upon guest's request, we charge a standard fee of ₱700 for a 2-hour cleaning that also includes changing of sheets and towels.

Other Details to Note

✔ For parking during your stay, we provide FREE RESERVED PARKING located within the same building as our condo unit. Guests would have in-and-out privileges for the whole duration of your rent/stay. We would just need for you to provide your car details ahead of arrival for proper coordination with the condo building office and security. ✔ Cooking is limited in the condo for short-stays of less than 5 days. To keep our home ultimately sparkling, odor-free and pest free each time, we discourage heavy cooking. Light cooking using the existing appliances mentioned are available for use. You may also order online and have your foods delivered to the condo. ✔ Additional Cooking wares and appliances may be provided for upon request for a fixed fee that's based on the length of your stay: — For 4 nights / 100.00 PHP per day — For 5 nights up or 1 week / 500.00 PHP Total — For more than 2 weeks up until 1 month / 1,000.00 PHP Total Additional cooking includes an induction stove with a compatible frying pan and medium-sized pot. Please note that all guests can still use the existing appliances (electric kettle, toaster, microwave, rice cooker) for light cooking. All appliances must stay inside the unit at all times during your entire stay.

Anywhere you want to go, there are plenty of taxis to take you around. However, I recommend booking a GraCar ride instead, than dealing with taxi drivers who usually negotiate the rates, especially if the route to your destination is known for heavy traffic. From the airports (terminals 1 to 4), there's a GrabCar booth outside -- you can take a GrabCar to take you straight to 81 Newport Boulevard, that's just across the main highway. NAIA Terminal 3, to be specific, is right across the condo building. During rush hours or heavy traffic, the ride from Terminal 3 to the other side when you take the U-Turn to Newport City complex may take around 20 to 30 mins due to the congestion forming at the U-turn. I suggest you sit back and enjoy the ride. :) If you are not carrying anything heavy, you can opt to cross the street to the other side. You can ask the security for directions where to cross the street to Newport City. Weather permitting of course! If you have heavy bags and suitcase, best to take a taxi or GrabCar. The closest MRT station is Taft Station.
